International Alexander Awareness Week, October 10th - 18th, 2009

We are pleased to announce that in 2009, Alexander Societies in 14 countries are participating and gearing up for the fifth annual International Alexander Awareness Week, October 10th- 18th, 2009.

This began in June 2004, with the Centennial anniversary of Alexander's arrival in London. It was celebrated with an international, weeklong series of events in the U.S.A, England, and Australia. The goodwill, energy and promotion created by this Centennial celebration, inspired the Affiliated Societies to make this an annual, International event.

Teachers from fifteen countries will be celebrating International Alexander Awareness Week including:

America, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, The Netherlands, New Zealand
